breakfast- 3/4 cup oatmeal with natural peanut butter i stired in, handful of grapes and nonfat yogurt
lunch- apple and 1 cup cheerioes (the normal kind without sugar or anything)
snack- grapes and cucumbers
dinner- turkey salad topped with lowfat cheese, tomato, cucumber, low cal dressing... and green tea throughout the day
how did i eat?how many calories (just estimate)

what could i add?
i mean i dont eat lunch at school (i bring apple and almonds usually or salad there)
