Okay so here it goes. I have HOT and COLD days. I am trying to lose weight, and stand 6'3" weight 275 pounds. No one likes to eat salads all day, but I'm making a conscious effort to limit my intake of white carbohydrates, processed foods, sugar, and meat. That said, the plan is structured to limit cooking - I cook a slow cooker meal 2x per week for my wife and I. The snacks are the same each day - morning snack is an Apple with 1/2 cup almonds, and the pm snack is celery and carrots with an orange and a greek yogurt. Here are what the meals look like: COLD DAY - Breakfast: 1c Spinach, 1c Mixed Berries, 1/2 banana, 1 scoop 20g protein powder, 1c Almond Milk; Lunch: 1.5 cups Turkey Chili: Dinner - Spinach/Onion/Gr Pepper/Mushroom/Tomato/Almond/Strawberry/Light Dressing. HOT DAY: 2 eggs, 2 whites, diced pepper/onion/mushroom/tomato/light cheese/Fat Free Sour Cream/Salsa; LUNCH: smaller portion of COLD DAY dinner salad; Dinner: 2 cups Turkey Chili
