The iPhone 5 is the better phone.
Better OS, app selection, media selection, build, battery life, cameras, etc
@Peyton: you do realize the Z10's display is bigger than the iPhone 5's right. So recommending the Z10 for that reason makes no sense.
You don't download Cydia. Its installed automatically when it is jailbroken. Also jailbreaking is not a site, its an application you download onto your computer which you then use to jailbreak it.
Check http://iclarified.com/jailbreak & they should be able to help.
There is no iPhone 3. Had to be the 3G you are referring to since the 3GS can update to the latest iOS version.
Nothing you could do. It requires a higher iOS version than the 3G is capable of running.
I think these should help

Not alike aside from the fact they are both smartphones
Both phones have app marketplaces
Both require data plans. Only...
WhatsApp - yes
SnapChat - no
Viber - yes
Instagram - no
Instaedit - no

You could but don't expect 4G speeds. In this case even 3G speeds probably wouldn't happen cause of T-Mobile's incompatible 3G/iPhone network so expect 2G.
Comparing 3 different things. A media player, smartphone & tablet. In that case its a matter of which you think you would need the most & benefit the most of having.
No. They both have access to the same apps. The difference is the iPad mini with cellular access of course has the option to use 3G/4G where available vs the wifi only which can't.
No. WhatsApp requires a phone number which the iPad mini, not being a cell phone, can't have.
The iPhone 5
Despite the 1GB RAM it is a higher performer than the Galaxy S III. Its the way the iPhone operates with its iOS operating system
It also has the best security, cameras, best selling, etc.
