How to download Cydia on ipad 2?

Hey can someone please give me a step by step tutorial on how to download cydia on ipad 2? When I go to jailbreak site, it doesnt show the "FREE" button, but says You need a different tool..can someone please help? Thanks in advance!

Well find a nice tutorial to help you jailbrake it, and cydia will come pre-installed with it
you cant just download it...

You don't download Cydia. Its installed automatically when it is jailbroken. Also jailbreaking is not a site, its an application you download onto your computer which you then use to jailbreak it.
