The new encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding, LEVEL 1 WORKOUT HELP!?

Okay hi so for those that have read the book i was wondering in the book the level 1 workout is workout 1: bench press, incline press, pullovers, chin ups, bent over rows.
Workout 2: barbell clean and press, dumbell lateral raises, standing barbell curls, seated dumbell curls, close grip press, standing tricep extensions with barbell, wrist curls, reverse wrist curls.
Workout 3: squats, lunges, leg curls
I was wondering HOW MANY SETS AND REPS SHOULD I DO FOR EACH ? CAUSE THE BOOK DOESNT SAY, HOW MANY SHOULD I DO IN TOTAL PER WORKOUT AND HOW MANY SETS FOR EACH? AND FOR THIS SHOULD I PYRAMID THE WEIGHT OR SHOULD I STICK WITH A CERTAIN WEIGHT PER WORKOUT?
