Opinions on this workout routine?

So I'm very much a beginner when it comes to gym and weights etc. I'm 18 y/o female, 95 lbs and looking to build muscle, get toned and put on weight.

I just joined the gym and one of the trainers there set me up on a program and what exercises I should do.

This is what he suggested:

20-25 minute cardio warm up/interval training (because I said I wanted to build my cardio endurance too).

Leg press 10 x 3
Chest press 10 x 3
^ he said to alternate between exercises after each set. So 1 set on leg press, move on to chest press for 1 set, back to leg press for 2nd set, back to chest press for 2nd set, then onto leg press for 3rd set etc until all sets are completed.

Lat pulldown 10 x 3
Seated leg curls 10 x 3
^same as above - he said to alternate exercises between sets

Sit ups 12 x 3
Ankle taps 12 x 3
^same as above

And basically do that same routine 3 or 4 times a week.

Is this enough though? I feel like I'm not doing enough exercises for each muscle group... And I thought the upper/lower body split program was much more common? I don't know why he has me training lower and upper all in one session?
