I have just bought a 6lb tub of GNC mass xxx, I am in Korea and therefore cant read the Korean instructions.
Online the serving sugestion says 1 scoop (195g) with 16 fl oz water/milk but other guides for this product say 4 scoops . ??
The scoop in th jar is about 1.5 inches deep and 2 diameter .
I am looking to put on wieght to turn into muscle, i work out 3 times a week
any ideas?
