Did I eat healthy today?

Breakfast: Oatmeal (4g fiber!)

Snack: Fiber one granola bar (9 Grams fiber!)

Lunch: Turkey on wheat and banana

Snack: Piece of bread and banana (lol)

Dinner: Boneless, skinless chicken breast, broccali and corn, and a roll

Dessert: Low-fat yogurt with one chopped banana, blue berries and a walnut.
 
Yes you did it sounds all good to me and I don't eat healthy but that is a good way to start. Good Luck!!!
