why in win7 when program freeze and pressing alt-ctrl-del won't...

...immediately bring up task manager? XP was great, when something freezes I press ctrl-alt-del and terminate the unresponsive process

but Win7 when something frozen, I press ctrl-alt-del won't work, until the program has awaken again after like 2 minutes, then it shows me the task manager, which is pointless by that time.
 
Are you trying to say that an overly bloated OS that tries to prevent people from making advanced modifications is a BAD THING? That Windows XP, being only 1 GB and being able to run on 64MB's of RAM is SUPERIOR? (With the Acknowledgment that it is just as stable and capable (if not for their new Kernal) as Windows 7)

That an OS should be... idk... what RUNS programs, not what makes them slow but PRETTY?
