My galaxy note seems to have a problem with the switch button. With just 1 press on the switch button, it restarts itself completely. Could this be a virus issue or bug issue or hardware issue? Someone please help!

there are accounts on my laptop that have passwords that I have forgot and I can't log onto them without the password and I can't delete the accounts without the passwords
...immediately bring up task manager? XP was great, when something freezes I press ctrl-alt-del and terminate the unresponsive process
but Win7 when something frozen, I press ctrl-alt-del won't work, until the program has awaken again after like 2 minutes, then it shows me the task manager...
