What Kanji would I need to learn to read a DVD/Blu-ray disk menu?

I recently pre-ordered a Japanese Blu-ray. I've been learning Japanese for about the last year and a half so I have a basic understanding of it but I can only identify around 150 Kanji. This film is rated R I think, so the menu is likely not going to be in Kana. I'd like to know what characters I would likely need to know to be able to efficiently navigate a DVD/Blu-ray menu, as I read the film has English subtitles and I would need to know how to enable those. I don't think you need to read menu to see DVD/BD. You can play it just from the beginning.

BTW, you generally can't play Japanese DVD/BD on a player in another country because DVD/BD has region code.
