Okay, so I'm trying to find a way to "look up kanji" without needing to know what it means or the romaji.
So, say I see a kanji I've never seen before, I want to be able to draw it in the app and have a dictionary or what not tell me the english meaning of it.

manipulation.? I have had a Japanese linguist work on this and he doesn't seem to have heard of it. Maybe it was originally an Okinawan term but does anyone still know Okinawan!? The term is still used in some Karate dojos, so I would think it has become a normal Japanese word by now.
