I'm a 15 year old girl and I need to lose some weigh this summer. I'm planning on changing my diet to healthier foods and I'm going to volunteer at the library. The only way I can get there is by either walking or biking seeing as I can't drive without an adult yet. I was wondering how much...
Since the USADA's report on Lance Armstrong's doping came out earlier this month, there's been a trickle of articles coming in about what the former pro biker is up to. Basically none provide actual insight into what Armstrong is going through right now–most are just paparazzi shots that show...
I love biking to work...once I actually get on a bike. Until then, I'm a master of excuses–weather, time, wardrobe, stress, you name it; I'll make it a reason to take the subway into work instead of gearing up for a ride. But Emily Finch, a Portland mom who bikes around town with six...
