I was a cyclist for 2-3 years. Suddenly, randomly, my knee started right next to my knee cap (the inner side). It's only swollen, doesnt hurt. I tried raising my seat to the correct position, that helped a little but my knee still didnt heal. I stopped biking completely. I havent cycled in 6...

I have terrible balance, and whenever I ride my bike with friends, I always wobble back and forth. I almost fell into a resevoir near my house because I couldn't keep my balance too well. How can I improve my balance, because it's not only hazardous, because it's embarrassing? Thank you

I am interested in mountain biking and road cycling. Which one should I try first? What I mean is, is the transition from MTB to road easier than the other way around?

Is it possible to do HIIT (high intensity interval training) on a bike. I do a lot of biking and I would like to integrate HIIT in to my schedule. But I'm confused, some websites say 6 sec high, 9 sec low. Others say 8/12 or 30/30 or 30/60. I don't get it, which one is better?

Which one is better to lose weight? Also witch one is Safer? Which will i also see results with first?

I have googled myself half-crazy and find little of interest. I have a couple of months to look, and it needs to be an outlet that can ship to/within the US. The funnier the better, but not obscene (South Park is a little over the line for Europe I think).
