well nasty pda could be why. just make sure your not trying to be too affectionate because its nasty to some people. holding hands isnt bad but if he doesnt want to i dont think its normal. you should just act as if you care about him. touch his hand lightly or rub his shoulder or arm. good luck

It doesn't matter what one you try. Just go to google and type in "proxy websites" and you can try as many as you want.

Honestly, the only healthy way is to exercise. But running won't really do anything for your arms or stomach.
Stretch your stomach out by doing a back bend before you try any exercises. If you don't, the muscle will build on top of the fat and you could look bigger than you are.
