are these good foods to eat every day for healthy hair?

2-4 eggs every day
1-2 ounces of almonds every day or cashews
3-4 servings of string cheese or kraft singles
4-8 whole grain carbs
2-3 fruit a apple and banana
ham deli style in the little containers 1-2 servings daily
multivitamin
water
tea

also i exercise i'm in great shape no heat on the hair and no chemicals all natural and its short i shed 2 strands just had it cut a week ago said it was healthy
 
I would recommend putting olive oil in your hair, buying a good hair care product (anything that you can buy in a wal-mart, target, or any store in general isn't recommended. Go to a beauty store like Sally's Beauty supply, ect.) and eat more veggies and fruits. You don't need to eat more meat or "high protien" whatever. Just eat your veggies and fruits. Maybe a few extra nuts.
