Bodybuilding/Weightbuilding supplements?

Im an 18yr old guy under 5'6'' and weigh just about 55kg. I wanna seriously start bulking up size and strength wise all over but want the definition as well. Ive been told whey protein and creatine is the best combo of supplements is that right? Thanks, and no references to steroids plz...
 
If you start doing exercise, your appetite will increase . SO eat healthy foods like vegetables, fruits and . etc.Also be regular to food.yes protein and creatine would be fine, but include some fat and carbohydrates as well

Dan go to the chemist or health food shop and get your self some digestive enzymes
These enzymes will help you digest your food better and faster so you can eat more and more often.
I have a guy ive been training for 3 1/2 years now who started out much like you
At 17 he was 5'5 and 58 kg now at 20 he's still 5;5 but just hit 104 kg
The name of the game is just eat like crazy
Every thing you can get your hands on eat it
Look to see if your health food shop does dhea and try 100 mg twice a day if they have it
these are about the only things that can help you
Just for your info even 2000mg of steroid a week (pro level) you still cant grow if you can't eat enough to gain weight
