Would you read an author' work, if the author has a style that's J.K. Rowling...

...meets Lauren Weisberger? Would you read it? As in, the style of the Devil Wears Prada (glamorous, humorous) meets the Harry Potter series (valuable lessons learned, touching)
but, like, not completely magical. you could say that it was magical (a bit of my book is actually magical).
