What do I need for hooking my xbox 360 up to a computer monitor?

Hey all I have a question.
I have the following monitor:

(SPEC INFO ON THE RIGHT SIDE)

What kind of cables do i need in order to hook my xbox 360 up to this monitor. I know I need a VGA, but what kind? And what about sound? I have speakers, could I hook those up to it too?

you should just be able to hook it up in the HDMI jack. if you have that.
