I have a 2003 gmc sierra 2500hd 6.0 v8. the problem is that the engine doesnt idle properly. and when i switch the gear to reverse or drive the rpms go really low. and if i dont put constant pressure on the gas pedal it will shut off. i dont know what it is. my bro said it might be the throttle position sensor(electric) nd my dad says its something else. there both mechanics. we also did a smoke test too, to see if there was a leak in the vaccum lines.
any help is greatly appreciated
