So about a week ago I decided to update my bundle, 7.1verizon dsl,directv, homephone for $122.36. I was advertised "7.10 Mbps" but I'm only getting 2.29 Mbps. I called verizon and they say "up to 7.1 Mbps" not really "7.10 Mbps" they say "availability will vary!" is there anyway I can fox this...

The way I always saw it was that your Internet connection is as fast as the servers you connect to. Is it really that much of a benefit to have the 20 Mbps connection, just for gaming and web surfing?
Kbps mean? One service says downstream 768Kbps and the other is 1.5 Mbps. I use my internet for e-mail, pictures, music, videos etc.
