So about a week ago I decided to update my bundle, 7.1verizon dsl,directv, homephone for $122.36. I was advertised "7.10 Mbps" but I'm only getting 2.29 Mbps. I called verizon and they say "up to 7.1 Mbps" not really "7.10 Mbps" they say "availability will vary!" is there anyway I can fox this by myself? I Also asked them how far away from the central office I was from and try said 111,256 feet. (if that matters) Thank you!!
