this is what I ate yesterday is it healthy ?

breakfast- bowl of whole grain cereal
lunch- small portion of chicken,lettuce,small bowl of soup
snack-orange, 1 baked chip,1tsp dried fruit
dinner- small bowl of vegetable soup
snack-small bowl of whole grain cereal

I also exercised for 1 hour ...
will I lose weight
only 1 baked chip, not the whole bag
