If I was going to have a breakfast buffet, what could I get from this selection that would be healthy. I assume eliminate all the waffles/french toast/pancakes/bacon/sausage, right? I've been eating healthier for awhile by cutting out pop, candy, and replacing it with fruit and water. I'm not over weight, probably under weight by about 15 lbs, but I have a tiny gut and it's not tight. I want a flat stomach and before I put on weight I want to flatten that out. I just don't know what foods are good or bad in my situation. Pop and sweets are easy, it's the rest thats confusing.
