I plan on losing weight in a healthy fashion by going on a no grain no sugar diet. I plan on cooking my own meals and exercising regularly if not vigorously. I know the basics of cooking and so far for breakfast I eat one large egg and 2 strips of bacon with a glass of no calorie tea, lunch consists of a spinach salad and Cod fillet cooked in extra virgin olive oil and diet soda, and dinner is, well, I'm all out of ideas!
Im getting bored with this routine, tell me some healthy recipes that have no sugar and no grain.
That means no granulated sugar, natural fruit sugar is fine.
Also no bread, pasta, potatoes, corn, rice, etc.
