How do I follow a healthy diet (a teen) nutrition-wise?

I'm a 13 year old girl. I'm about 5 foot and weigh about 98.5 pounds. I know I'm not fat, I'm not asking how to lose weight. But I usually don't eat healthy, and that's because I don't really know how to follow a healthy diet full of nutrition? I don't get what calories, sugars, fibers, saturated fats and all those things you find on the "Nutrition Facts" are.? can you tell me what they are, and if they're good for us or not? And I want to be healthier, so what amount of each of these things do I need daily? Can you be specific? and just any tips on being healthy in general? Like i said Im a 13 yr old girl and i'm average height, average weight.
