workout routine? I plan on doing this every other day I don't know how long this will take but my gym access is from 3:30 - 5:30


Dumbbell Bench Press(20 pounds) 4 sets 20 reps

Seated Dumbbell Press(20 pounds) 4 sets 20 reps

Punch punching bag 3 sets 3 minutes

Run up and down stairs 1 set 10 minutes

Pull ups 3 sets 5 reps

leg raises from pull up bar 3 sets 10 reps


Barbell curl 50 pounds 3 sets 10 reps


Jump rope 3 sets 3 minutes


Sit ups with 10 pound weighs 3 sets 3 minutes

Treadmill 1 set ten minutes


Sit up with medicine ball 5 sets 5 reps












Edit : I don't want to get to soar because I have Gym during schools where we do basic exersizes push ups, running in place , sit ups ...........ect.
