PLEASE HELP need advice with my fitness and eating!! thank you?

I have started going back to the gym full time again and was wondering if anyone can gie me some advice?
mon - 1hr cardio/body pump class
tues - 1hr cardio
wed - body attack class
thur - 1hr pt session
fri - 1hr cardio
sat - 1hr cardio
sun - group gym training then repeat
i try and eat healthy all the time i eat like the below
breakfast - porridge and berries/scrambled eggs
smoko - half salad wrap and body science hydroxyburn clinical protein shake
Lunch - large fruit salad
Afternoon - fruit or tomato and avocado on 3 rice cakes
dinner - veges with chicken/steak
I also take body science hydroxyburn hardcore clinical (in the morning and before gym), acetyl l-carnatine raw (before gym), xtend (during workout), and creatine to mix with protein for after a workout. would it b a good idea to invest in michelle bridges no excuses cookbook? Am I doing this right? or do i need to make changes
 
thats good, relax , you need at least one day off a week, why you taking all those supplements ?? don't waste your money , throw some light weights in their one day , help you to tone and build some good muscle.
