I have been working out for a few months and I've been seeing progress, but I don't exactly know how to plan what I'm doing. Should I do a full body strength workout three tomes a week and a cardio workout twice a week, or should I continue what I'm doing? What should I eat? I've started drinking nothing but water and juice except for my morning coffee & a protein shake after I work out. I'm not obese. I'm 17, 6'0, and weigh 175. I would just like to be a little more fit and toned.
