I want to make a pork and white bean chili for dinner tonight. I read through a couple of recipes - but just wondering what you would add to this dish. I am not to hip on chili powder at the moment. That is one of the reasons I have opted for a white chili rather than the red.
just cooked 2 thick pork loin chops
cooking a pot of great northern beans at the moment
I have:
onion
carrots
celery
garlic
tomatoes
canned tomatoes
sour cream
large block of sharp cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
a jar of sliced jalepeno peppers
cans of creamed soup
chicken broth
beef broth
some diced frozen red bell pepper
canned black olives
and lots of other basic pantry things
Lots of seasonings and spices
