Have I eaten healthy so far today?

By the way, I don't mean healthy to mantain weight, im trying to lose weight with diet&exercise

For breakfast I had
1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese
a tangerine
a peice of 35 calorie light wheat toast with Parkay 0 calorie butter spray
and 5 or 6 chunks of cantalope

For Lunch
2 peices of 35 calorie light weight bread
2 slices of 60 calories/ 3 slices ham
mustard
some baby caroots
and 1 TBS of fat free low cal ranch

And for snacks:
3/4 of a serving of Maple&Brown Sugar Mini Wheats (dry)
and a 100 calorie pack of honeymaid cinnamin twists.

And ive had water as my only beverage

Would eating like this with exercise result in weight loss?

we have the same nicknameee DANIII :)

and yes it will, but it will take a lot of time.
i suggest adding 20-30 minutes of fast walking daily.
and you will see improvement faster :)
