have i eaten healthy so far?

brekfast
a medium banana
a cup of kashi golean
a cup of soy milk plain
1/4 cup of blackberries
morning snack
2tbsp of almond butter
1/2 a cup of oatmeal with 1/2 a cup of soymilk
and a small handful of blue berries
 
yes very healthy, but try adding vegetables in there too say for lunch or dinner, you can snack on raw carrots, celery, cucumbers, mixed baby lettuces, or go to a supermarket that has a nice big salad bar......also if you could add some chicken or fish in there or turkey
