Have I eaten healthy so far?

breakfast: 2 pieces whole wheat toast and 2 eggs (poached)

lunch: 2 slices of whole wheat bread (natures own, 50 calories) and 2 tbsp of peanut butter, with a banana and PB.

Snack: 1 package of crisps (pears)

I feel like I've eaten wayyy too much =/
what do you think?
And what should I eat for dinner?
 
Thats fine.

Depending on your energy requirements, try a grilled chicken breast with pesto sauce and a salad. Maybe on a bed of rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
 
Aww, no you need to eat more than that!
You have ate really healthy though, so don't feel guilty.
You need at least 1200 calories to not go into starvation mode.
I would have grilled chicken (4 oz), 1/2 cup brown rice, broccoli steamed, and a piece of fruit!

i think your doing fine
i might eat less bread have it for breakfast or lunch not both

for dinner
have more veggies and protein
and drink lots of water
