bad workout routine??

hi im 17 and workout almost everyday for an hour all upper body.. one day ill do bench, incline bench, and back and abs, then the next day ill do bicep curls, forearms, pullups, shoulders and abs... i alternate each day but is that too much upper body..? any suggestions to make my routine better woud be appreciated
i wanna make sure i give my muscles enough time to heal
 
Little to much bro. Its hard for some people to do because they think they will not grow, but try working out 3 days each week. example.... biceps, traps,lats,and back on monday. chest, triceps, delts, on wed. Legs and abs on fri. If you diet is in check, i promise you will grow. Good luck to you.
