So for the past few months this has been my workout routine:
monday- chest
tuesday- shoulder
wednesday - bicep, triceps
thursday - back
friday - legs
Lately i've been taking to consideration to what a lot of people have been telling me, to work on 2 muscles a day. Does this sound like a good workout routine? I just kind of thought of it but im not sure if people do this or if its maybe a bad routine:
