Black leather lounge too dark with dark timber furniture?

Hi all. I am on a mad lounge hunt and can't decide on what colour lounge to get.
I have cream walls, timber floorboards that join open area where tiles are beige, and walnut colour timber furniture.
Have seen a lounge that comes only in black and is in my price range, but I am concerned that it may be too dark???
Would love cream but with kids that would be a mistake, maybe I should go with chocolate.
Does anyone have a black leather lounge and regret it for my reasons of concern, or do you have any opinions that you could share??
