like somthing that if i take it for a month ill deff get good results and my strength will go up and ill gain muscle mass and weight from muscle. i took mass xxx and all kinds of protein havent gained a thing.whats great from there. my max on bench is 160 170 around there and i curl like 70 and do skull crushers with 70 and sholder work out and go to the gym sometimes
