Okay now that I have your attention,I recently bought an exercise bike , it tells you how fast , what distance, the time you've spent and the calories you have burned. I went for approx. 5 minutes ( 1 mile) and it said i burned 1307 calories... how is that even possible. Is it an issue with the bike or am i actually burning that many calories (which i highly doubt) do any of you know?? Thanks in advance.
