Breakfast: Special K shake, cereal or protein meal bar
Lunch: Special K shake, cereal or protein meal bar (I work as a hostess in a restaurat so I dont have time to eat, and by the time I do its near dinner time so I dont want to eat much)
And for dinner: Right size portions of whatever my mother makes, or if its 'fend for ourselves' then special K cereal
And for snacks: Fruits or Veggies.
I'm 5'2" and I weigh 150 pounds.
And for exercise:
I work 4-5 days a week as a hostess/server assistant, and I'm walking around almost the whole time.
And If I do at least 20-40minutes of Zumba Fitness on the wii for 5 days a week
or Michael Jackson: The Experience on the wii for a half hour, sometimes along with Zumba. (MJ is suuch a workout)
Until Summer, when i'll run/bike outside.
Will I see Good results? Will I lose the weight?
Any advice?
