why on my blackberry flip it says invalid sim card?

i just got one of my friends blackberry flip. its a diffrent service. when i put in my sim card on the very top it said invalid sim card.

It's because it's locked to the carrier...

Your Phone Says Invalid Simcard beacuse it is locked to a particular network. You have to unlock your Blackberry Flip. The best way to unlock your Blackberry is to purchase the unlock code from a trusted vendor.
