Not going to find it under that price point. The bikes under that level are going to be pretty small. It would look like a monkey and a football going at it. Just starting out a sports bike is not a strong choice. The controls are less forgiving, they have higher costs for repair when they get laid down because of the plastics, and even the manufacturers don't recommend them as a starter bike.
