Okay, so I am trading in a vehicle for a less expensive one. I have some add ons like a service contract, GAP. The dealer I am trading in to, says that if they pay off the remaining loan balance of my trade in, and will cancel my old Service Contract/GAP, and they say I will get the refund of that since they are paying off the loan balance.
Given my recent bad experience with a dealer, how can I be assured they are telling the truth?
