Talipia Recipe: What can I use in place of Garlic-Herb seasoning?

It calls for 2 tsp. I was thinking I could use 1 tsp garlic powder, and then mix equal amounts of chili powder, cumin & oregano to make up the other tsp. How does that sound? The only other ingredients it calls for are salt. pepper, and lime juice. Any other suggestions?

No No No No, just batter it and chicken fry it. For a little zest mix in a little dry ranch dressing mix from the envelope.

Actually I was going to suggest Cajun seasoning, which is pretty much what you just summed up in your post. You can't go wrong with Cajun seasoning and fish. (Go easy on the salt though, Cajun seasoning already has a ton of it.)
