So long story short, my phone fell on solid concrete and the screen cracked. I'm under a three year corporate contract but I'm still in my first year of my contract until Sept 1st. Manufacturer does not cover the cracked screen. So I was wondering, what is a standard Telus procedure ? Do they allow you to purchase a phone at a discounted price and extend just the contract? I'll probably be going in a couple of days to the office to get it checked out but I was just wondering if anyone has had this problem as well? Thanks in advance.
