Lately i have been very tired and fatigued. I have no energy to exercise and this isnt normal for me. I start to exercise then about 10-15 mins later i am fatigued and cant carry on. I will go to sleep at about 9.30pm and will sleep in until about 9-10am when usually i could get up at 5.30pm when my boyfriend left for work.
I am not anaemic. I also feel sick when i exercise. Does anyone know what this is or what i can do to get more energy? This only started last week and i take protein shakes after exercising too.
