Hi my sony xperia LT18i or Arc S won't start..was chargin it and suddenly it went off..I hv been usin it for 2 month...I changed battery but still the same...I tot maybe its the chargin system so I charge battery using desktop nd when its full I plug it to the phone but still nothin...I went to expert they said it might be software issue and they wanna flash the phone and return it to original settings but still the Pc dant read my phone when connected via USb...the only thin is that if u plug the phone on charger it just on and reach the sony ericsson logo and off back...it does so continusly even if the battery is pluged or not..like battey can't supply or the phone not readin battery ...I am soo confused...I tried reset it by pressin the buttons required to do hard start but no solution...pls I need help...
