Ok, well my Sony Ericsson w595 phone stopped working December last year. I was just using it and I think I was looking at my songs then suddenly nothing on it worked properly. It wouldn't let me play songs and things started to mess up a bit so I just turned it off and on. Then when I turned it on, it was stuck on the orange logo! So I kept trying, when I got home I cleaned the inside with a cotton bus, still no luck. Now when I try to fix it, the message that comes up is something like 'Battery cannot be charged. You must use a Sony Ericsson battery.' So I tried using a different Sony Ericsson battery of the same type which does work on my spare phone, it still came up with the message! I know it's the right battery, it must be the phone! Can somebody please help me?
