My 3 year term ended with rogers 2 days ago, however, my contract is still proceeding the same way, without any term..
now i wanted to cancel the line today, however they told me i needed a one month notice.
i am extremely frusturated and dont understand why they need a one month notice, im PRETTY SURE thats only if im on term, and i can cancel whenever i want without the term.

if i want to cancel can i cancel without any fine? were they bullshitting me? or is this a legit agreement. what can i do!?! i neeed a new contract by today!!

The original contract CLEARLY stated that if not canceled BEFORE the end of the 3 years term. it AUTOMATICALLY continued as a month to month contract that required 30 days notice to cancel. Had you actually READ what you signed, you would KNOW that.

Note: I am 100% confident the contract included such a provision, because EVERY contract includes such a provision.
