by "speak" i mean to make known ones past present and future will.
give record of what is past -speak in the present, to direct ,guide,admonish,instruct,warn,
tell of the future -
to communicate by written word or verbalized word ,voice ,vision ,dream or send word by messenger.

this is question#1 of a few .
