if you synched your apps with your gmail account they should be there when you sign in on your phone. i had a motorola atrix phone and upgraded to the HD Atrix and all my apps were saved to my account.
If you downloaded them through itunes they should be saved to your itunes account so you can just go to your account on your new phone and download them again without any additional fees
